About the Team:

The Financial Control Team runs all core accounting and reporting processes working closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis and Grants Reporting teams. We are responsible for operational accounting services accounting statutory reporting and audits taxes financial policies procedures and controls.

About this role:

The primary purpose of the Accounting Associate role is to ensure CDPs daily financial transactions are processed and recorded accurately and efficiently.

What you will do:

Perform finance operations transactions (e.g. AP AR debt collection cash allocation expenses)

Operational reporting & communication e.g. aged debt and supplier accounts.

Banking activities e.g. setting up payments for approval.

Maintain and implement operational finance systems processes and record keeping.

Maintain strong controls to prevent/detect fraud or misstatement

Actively contribute to an effective and engaged team clear on its purpose and contribution by:

Experience of Operational Finance

Knowledge of accounting principles and processes.

Accuracy and strong attention to detail.

The salary banding for this role is R$46808 - R$58510. Holidays and benefits in accordance with local regulations. This is a hybrid role requiring weekly time in the office.
