About Operations Technology Solutions (OTS)
As an IT Support Associate you will use your skills to support our Operations team by resolving issues involving multiple IT architectures. We are always committed to improvements; you will be encouraged to participate in career development opportunities to progress at Amazon.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals to take on challenges and motivate teams to develop solutions for the obstacles we face.
This is an on-site position in Cajamar - SP - Brazil.

- Experience in PC repair troubleshooting deployment and liquidation
- Experience supporting Windows Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of core internet technologies including DHCP DNS mail transport TCP/IP and network file systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- English (Read and Write)
- CompTIA A CompTIA Network Cisco/CCNA Linux (Redhat) Microsoft hardware (installation) AWS or other industry relevant certifications
