What Youll Do

As an Associate Technical Support Analyst you will be the frontline problem-solver for customers helping diagnose analyze and resolve issues related to the Intelex application.
Your key responsibilities include:

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Manage a fastpaced queue of customer inquiries across multiple channels (ticketing system phone email live chat and web meetings).
  • Assess incoming issues to determine whether they are systemrelated or userrelated.
  • Troubleshoot debug and investigate qualified technical issues.
  • Communicate clearly professionally and proactively with customers to ensure timely resolution and a positive experience.
  • Keep customers informed on progress and follow up until resolution.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support analysts when necessary.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Product and Engineering to ensure efficient resolution of software issues.
  • Document system issues and user feedback; contribute to improvements in product quality.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support both customers and internal teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes product features or documentation.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Intelex products and stay current on new releases.

What You Bring

MustHave Skills

  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fastmoving environment.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a positive professional attitude.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and common support tools (e.g. screen capture time tracking).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Understanding of application programming or database languages ( XML JavaScript SQL/TSQL).
  • Knowledge of webbased application architecture and objectoriented principles.
  • Experience in technical support QA or web application environments.
  • Familiarity with Environmental Health Safety or Quality (EHSQ) concepts.
  • Bilingual proficiency.
  • MCSE certification.

Education

  • Bachelors degree or college diploma in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent experience (preferred).
