What Youll Do
As an Associate Technical Support Analyst you will be the frontline problem-solver for customers helping diagnose analyze and resolve issues related to the Intelex application.
Your key responsibilities include:
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Manage a fastpaced queue of customer inquiries across multiple channels (ticketing system phone email live chat and web meetings).
- Assess incoming issues to determine whether they are systemrelated or userrelated.
- Troubleshoot debug and investigate qualified technical issues.
- Communicate clearly professionally and proactively with customers to ensure timely resolution and a positive experience.
- Keep customers informed on progress and follow up until resolution.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Escalate complex issues to senior support analysts when necessary.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Product and Engineering to ensure efficient resolution of software issues.
- Document system issues and user feedback; contribute to improvements in product quality.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support both customers and internal teams.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes product features or documentation.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Intelex products and stay current on new releases.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fastmoving environment.
- Customerfocused mindset with a positive professional attitude.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and common support tools (e.g. screen capture time tracking).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Understanding of application programming or database languages ( XML JavaScript SQL/TSQL).
- Knowledge of webbased application architecture and objectoriented principles.
- Experience in technical support QA or web application environments.
- Familiarity with Environmental Health Safety or Quality (EHSQ) concepts.
- Bilingual proficiency.
- MCSE certification.
Education
- Bachelors degree or college diploma in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent experience (preferred).
