As a freelance Talent Partner youll embed with one of our clients taking full ownership of hiring. Youll partner directly with founders and hiring managers to design and execute searches run full-cycle recruitment advise stakeholders and deliver a standout candidate experience.
Youll also collaborate closely with your Satellite Account Manager to stay aligned and make an impact.

Tasks
- Partner directly with founders leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruitment strategies.
- Run full-cycle recruitment: from kicking off roles and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and closing offers.
- Advise clients on market insights candidate engagement and hiring best practices.
- Own stakeholder relationships keeping communication transparent professional and proactive.
- Collaborate closely with your Satellite Account Manager to align on delivery and priorities.
Requirements
- You are Berlin-based and open to hybrid work (potentially 2-3 days a week with some clients this would be discussed in advance).
- Experience working as an in-house or RPO recruiter with freelance or interim experience preferred.
- Proven experience hiring for tech and/or commercial roles.
- Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently and partner directly with hiring managers.
- Excellent English communication skills additional languages (e.g. German) are a plus.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing collaborative environment with a strong partnership mindset.
