Your responsibilities
- Recruiting: Run the full hiring cycle for especially technical roles: screening interviews pipeline management & pre-offer support
- Own the technical recruiting for teams across multiple disciplines
- Coordinate interview processes
- Process & Strategy: Build and optimize recruiting processes end-to-end
- Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies including campaign management
- Evaluate and improve recruiting tools (ATS AI assistants and further automation potential)
- Quality & Performance:Maintain a clean and well-structured pipeline
- Manage the time candidates spend in pipeline stages and remove bottlenecks
- Collect and incorporate stakeholder feedback
- Support in HR Generalist tasks depending on workload
About you
- Experience: 5 years in Recruiting ideally in dynamic environments like startups/ scaleups
- Proven experience in Technical Recruiting
- Successful hiring up to Director level
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain recruiting processes
- Familiarity with modern tools automation & scorecards
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong stakeholder handling proactivity & service orientation
- Personality: calm constructive humble hard on the issue soft in tone
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI assistants or agent-based automation
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts/terminology
- Experience designing case studies or challenge-based interview formats
- Experience improving or switching ATS systems
- Broader HR Generalist experience
