- Working closely with property owners and guests we manage premium assets with a strong emphasis on service excellence operational efficiency and attention to detail. Our team is based in Viana do Castelo driven to raise the hospitality standard to luxury.
The Role:
- This is a position with high impact. You will be responsible for leading and optimizing pricing for a portfolio of large complex high-revenue properties with significant operational costs where small mistakes lead to big losses and fast accurate decisions translate into measurable gains.
What Youll Do
- Lead and execute short mid and long-term pricing and revenue strategies.
- Deliver and maintain daily KPI reports (ADR occupancy RevPAR margins).
- Perform fast sharp profitability studies per unit.
- Monitor competition and trends using tools like AirDNA and PriceLabs.
- Dynamically adjust pricing based on demand seasonality and market signals.
- Work with core platforms: Slack Pipedrive PriceLabs. Knowledge of Rental Ready is a plus.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales operations and implementation teams.
- Support experience sales helping to boost total revenue per guest.
- Help build and eventually lead the revenue team as the company scales.
Who you are
- At least 3 years of experience in revenue management or pricing strategy ideally in luxury hospitality or high-end real estate.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience with dynamic pricing tools like PriceLabs Beyond etc.
- Strategic thinker with financial awareness and attention to detail.
- Fast autonomous data-driven decision-maker.
- Excellent communicator able to align with multiple departments.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Ownership and hands-on mindset with ambition to grow and build from scratch.
