Your Mission
- Lead end-to-end CRM service projects (analysis implementation testing deployment hypercare)
- Coordinate global cross-functional teams ensuring scope timeline and quality
- Analyze current Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service processes and design target processes in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Translate business requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
- Drive delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum SAFe Kanban) via Azure DevOps
- Facilitate workshops manage stakeholders and ensure transparent communication
- Support UAT testing phases go-live readiness and change management compliance
- Maintain detailed documentation (process flows decision logs release notes)
What You Bring (5 Years Experience)
Functional Expertise
- Strong knowledge of CRM Service processes (case management SLAs ticketing knowledge management)
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities & service design
- Agile backlog management using Azure DevOps
- Experience with UAT defect management and testing coordination
- Ability to align Business IT and technical teams
- Proven experience guiding distributed teams through Agile adoption
- Knowledge of Agile metrics (velocity burndown WIP)
- Bonus: End-to-end workflow analysis in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service
Technical Skills
- Hands-on with Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM configuration concepts
- Process modeling tools (BPMN flow diagrams)
- Basic understanding of APIs integrations and data migration workflows
- MS Office & Confluence proficiency
