We are looking for aCommercial Manager with experience in the wind energy industry or a strong technical background in renewable energy solutions to join ourElectrical Division.

This role will focus on developing new and existing B2B customer relationships generating leads (including cold calling) evaluating business opportunities preparing and negotiating proposals and managing client relationships across the full sales cycle.

Role Overview

The Commercial Manager will engage with new and current customers to generate new leads assess the attractiveness of new business opportunities prepare and negotiate business proposals and manage customer relationships (pre- and after-sales).A deep understanding of the sales process - from lead generation to closing deals - is essential with a focus on building long-term partnerships and contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.

This is a full-time position offering flexible working arrangements with the opportunity to work remotely from home on certain days or from one of our European offices located in Denmark Poland Portugal or the United Kingdom.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: promotion prospecting proposal preparation negotiation contracting and after-sales follow-up
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key B2B customers and stakeholders
  • Generate new leads including cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Prepare review submit and negotiate business proposals ensuring alignment with ENDIPREV standards and compliance requirements
  • Monitor and control the business unit budget ensuring alignment with the annual forecast targets and profitability objectives.
  • Perform financial control and follow-up related to proposals and contracts
  • Ensure compliance with cost and profit budgeting for proposals and projects
  • Travel to meet and develop relationships with clients and attend industry events and trade fairs
  • Assess and manage risks associated with proposals (technical execution contractual terms client compliance and legal requirements)
  • For complex deals collaborate with internal teams on technical tenders (e.g. Project Support QHSE Legal Operations) to ensure successful delivery

Minimum Skills and Expertise

  • Degree in Sales Management Engineering(mandatory)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experiencein a similar sales role (B2B)
  • Wind Energy sector experience is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes including tendering and contract management
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
  • English level: minimumB2. This will be assessed during the recruitment process
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Wordadvanced Excel PowerPoint)
  • Additional languages (Spanish French or German) are an advantage
  • Training in Sales Negotiation Business or Project Management is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical thinking analytical mindset problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative approach and a commitment to going the extra mile.
