Medical Officer (Oncology) - Jamshedpur India

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Officer with a specialization in Oncology to join our team in Jamshedpur Jharkhand. This is a full-time proactive opportunity for a professional eager to contribute to cancer patient treatment within a key healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to oncology patients including diagnosis treatment planning and ongoing management.
Administer chemotherapy and other cancer therapies according to established protocols.
Monitor patient progress assess treatment effectiveness and manage side effects.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons radiologists and nurses to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate patients and their families about their diagnosis treatment options and care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
Participate in ward rounds case discussions and continuing medical education activities.
Adhere to all hospital policies procedures and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years of experience in medical practice.
Demonstrated primary skill and experience in cancer patient treatment (Oncology).
Valid medical license to practice in India.
Strong knowledge of oncology principles and treatment modalities.
Excellent diagnostic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with patients and families.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
