Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute monthly quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with sales and business targets.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate spends across digital retail and local marketing channels.

Create and maintain a structured marketing calendar covering festivals weddings launches and promotions.
Digital & Performance Marketing
-
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Google YouTube and relevant marketplaces.
-
Drive lead generation website traffic WhatsApp inquiries and conversion optimization.
-
Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies for creatives ad copies landing pages and campaign execution.
-
Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPL CAC ROAS conversion rates and customer acquisition cost.
Retail & Local Store Marketing
-
Plan and execute store-level and hyperlocal marketing initiatives to drive footfalls.
-
Support new store launches with localized marketing plans and promotional activities.
-
Manage offline marketing activities including hoardings pamphlets society activations mall promotions and partnerships.
Campaigns Promotions & Offers
-
Execute sales-driven marketing campaigns during festivals and key buying seasons (Akshaya Tritiya Diwali Gudi Padwa weddings etc.).

Design and roll out limited-period offers gold rate promotions exchange schemes and tactical campaigns.
-
Ensure timely execution and clear communication of campaigns across all channels.
Customer Acquisition & Retention

Develop strategies to acquire new customers and improve repeat purchase rates.
-
Manage CRM initiatives including WhatsApp SMS email marketing and remarketing campaigns.
-
Support loyalty programs referral initiatives and customer reactivation strategies.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
-
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management revew.
-
Analyze campaign data and customer insights to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
-
Work closely with sales and retail teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into revenue.
