Position Summary

The Warehouse Spares & Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving storing picking packing and shipping parts and products. Youll help maintain accurate inventory ensure timely order fulfillment and contribute to a safe organized warehouse environment.

As part of the warehouse team you will play a key role in delivering genuine Trimax parts and supplies to dealers and customers efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Parts Handling

• Receive incoming shipments of spare parts materials and finished goods; inspect for accuracy and quality.
  
• Log items into inventory systems and ensure correct placement in designated storage locations.
  
• Organize and maintain spare parts inventory for quick accurate retrieval. Trimax Mowing Systems
• Conduct cycle counts and participate in regular inventory audits.
  

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Pick pack and prepare spare parts and products for shipment to dealers/customers with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  
• Verify orders against documentation and ensure correct labeling and packaging.
  
• Load and unload trucks and trailers safely using manual or material handling equipment as needed.
  

Warehouse Operations & Safety

• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment following all safety protocols.
  
• Use warehouse management systems and scanning tools to update inventory and track order status.
  
• Report discrepancies damaged goods and safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
  

• Work with the warehouse team and other departments to meet shipping deadlines and support daily operations.
  
• Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely lift and move parts and equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
• Forklift Experience.
  
• Excel Office ERP Experience.

Preferred

• Previous warehouse or parts handling experience.
• Experience with inventory systems barcode scanning or ERP software.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing walking bending lifting and reaching.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy items (depending on parts and equipment).
• Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks typical in a warehouse.
