Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Litigation Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will work with a team of attorneys and support staff to handle complex litigation matters for our clients. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution

- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings motions and other legal documents

- Prepare for and attend hearings depositions and trials

- Communicate with clients opposing counsel and other parties involved in the litigation

- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and manage workload

- Stay current on relevant laws regulations and legal trends

- Assist with business development efforts and participate in marketing activities

- Mentor and train junior associates and support staff

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the state bar and in good standing

- 3-5 years of experience in complex litigation preferably in a law firm setting

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively

- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Business development experience is a plus
