Capital Chevrolet of Shallotte is looking for a proactive customer-first BDC Service Representative to join our growing service department! This role is a key connection point between our customers and our service departmentshelping ensure every interaction is smooth professional and positive. If you enjoy helping people staying organized and being part of a fast-paced team environment this could be the perfect fit.
Responding promptly to inbound service inquiries via phone email text and online platforms
Gathering customer information and understanding service needs or concerns
Scheduling service appointments based on customer availability and service department capacity
Coordinating closely with service advisors and technicians to maximize efficiency
Confirming and reminding customers of upcoming service appointments
Following established BDC processes and best practices
Delivering a consistently positive and professional customer experience
Supporting additional duties as assigned
Customer service experience (automotive or BDC experience is a plus but not required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Comfort using CRM systems and service-related software
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity professionalism and accountability
Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
