Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Technician Assistant to support our technical team in daily operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth service delivery by assisting with installations maintenance tasks equipment handling and on-site coordination.
The ideal candidate is dependable organized and eager to build hands-on technical skills while working alongside experienced technicians.
Responsibilities
Assist service technicians with equipment setup maintenance and troubleshooting
Prepare and organize tools materials and equipment before service calls
Support on-site installations and ensure work areas remain safe and efficient
Maintain accurate records of service activities and inventory usage
Conduct routine inspections and basic testing under supervision
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met
Follow company safety protocols and operational procedures
Qualifications :
Strong organizational and time-management skills
