Scope:

Inserito allinterno della struttura di Automation Engineering è responsabile della progettazione installazione e test dei sistemi di automazione PLC SCADA e altri package di automazione di processo industriale e facility (es. MES eBRS Data Historian BMS OPC) garantendo la compliance alle normative GMP e ai rilevanti standard ingegneristici (e.g. GSK Global Engineering Standard). Supporta inoltre il troubleshooting tecnico dei sistemi di automazione.

In this role you will:

• Garantirai il funzionamento la manutenzione la qualità e lo stato di compliance dei sistemi di automazione e supervisione delle macchine e impianti dello stabilimento di Parma;

• Proporrai e gestirai progetti relativi a sistemi di automazione e/o previsti nella digital roadmap dello stabilimento:

  • gestirai i progetti scrivendo la documentazione necessaria e seguendo il change control / validazione;

  • gestirai in autonomia budget preparazione dei piani di investimento e ordini;

  • sarai responsabile di archiviare la documentazione tecnica.

• Gestirai i fornitori esterni;

• Ti occuperai della revisione ed integrazione delle SOP relative ai sistemi di automazione;

• Fornirai il supporto e le competenze necessarie per troubleshooting Root Cause Analysis e gestione deviazioni che riguardano infrastruttura di automazione;

• Sarai coinvolto nelle ispezioni interne ed esterne relativamente ai sistemi di automazione;

• Assicurerai nellambito degli incarichi assegnati il rispetto delle policies delle linee guida del Gruppo e delle normative locali in termini di standard tecnologici sicurezza informatica gestione delle licenze software e requisiti regolatori;

• Gestirai il processo di acquisizione dati e convalida dei valori di processo GxP a sistema Historian IP21.

Why you

Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica / Informatica / Meccatronica o esperienza equivalente;

• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruolo analogo o similare;

• Conoscenza di PLC / SCADA;

• Conoscenza delle reti IT/OT;

• Esperienza in gestione fornitori;

• Livello fluente di inglese e italiano sia scritto che parlato.
