About the Role
The Workday System Analyst is a key member of the Global HR People Systems team. This role serves as a subject matter expert in Workday US Payroll Benefits (including Open Enrolment) Time Tracking and Advanced Compensation with strong foundational knowledge of HCM Absence and Performance. The position is responsible for Level 2 and Level 3 support stakeholder engagement and delivering system updates enhancements and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Support: Optimize Workday payroll configurations (Earnings Deductions Pay Groups). Troubleshoot and resolve issues in partnership with the US Payroll Manager to ensure seamless payroll delivery.
Benefits Support: Configure benefits plans manage Open Enrollment and ensure accurate integrations with payroll and third-party vendors.
Release Management: Review Workday release notes assess impacts and lead testing and deployment of new features and functionality.
System Support: Resolve cases across Workday modules promptly escalating to external partners when necessary.
Roadmap Delivery: Own assigned roadmap workstreams ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Collaboration: Partner with People Services to resolve employee queries effectively collaborating to build team capability for enhanced first-line support.
About You
3 years of experience with Workday US Payroll & Benefits including configuration and reporting.
Strong knowledge of HCM Time Tracking Absence Talent Performance and Compensation.
In-depth understanding of the US payroll lifecycle.
Proven experience in global projects and stakeholder management.
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple workstreams
