1. Analyse the role requirements and develop training for ALDP REFORM including Leadership and Management Education and Digital Modules. 2. Develop Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for LMD liaising with DInfo and key stakeholders. 3. Conduct Training Design for LMD establishing training governance processes. 4. Provide mentoring support and guidance on DSAT process to TDAs. 5. Design develop and maintain DSAT documentation carry out assurance and evaluation activities including external validation unit visits training visits and the review of contractor deliverables. 6. Support soldier Military Judgements Panels (MJPs) and relevant Working Groups. 7. Manage and maintain training documentation using appropriate MIS (such as TAFMIS TAD or equivalent) 8. Conduct additional training projects as required. |
