Protiviti is looking for aWorkday PayrollManager to join our growingPeople & Change segment within ourBusiness Performance Improvement team.

You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Do Your Talents Include the Following

• Demonstrated experience with or understanding of:

• Collaboratingwith stakeholders and internal teams to assess currentpayrolloperationsand regulatory requirements gatheringbusiness requirements and designingscalable optimized processes.

• Assistingin the development ofpayroll and HRtransformation strategies including process redesign operating model changes and alignment of HR time tracking and financial processes.

• Translatingbusiness requirements into system configurations test cases and training materials for Workday implementation projects.

• Identifyingopportunitiesto improve payroll processing efficiency accuracy compliance and controlsand recommendingpractical scalablesolutions that align withbusiness and regulatory requirements.

• Supporting the planning configuration and deployment of WorkdayPayroll and related modules including but not limited to Compensation Benefits Time Trackingand absence.

• Developingproject documentationincluding design decisions configuration workbooks test results presentations and client facing deliverables

• Stayingcurrent on Workdayreleases payrolltechnology trends to provide proactive value-driven insights to clients.

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.

• Ability to translate and communicateHR-relatedissuesrisksor challengesto client personnel including executives.

• Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring oversight and review of work coordination across teams and understanding how to motivate.

• Ability totranslate and communicate risk topics and audit issues to client personnel including executives.

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teamsincludingconducting performance appraisalsmentoringand coaching oversight and review of work coordination across teams and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree froman accrediteduniversity in relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience.

• 5 years working in Human Capital Consulting Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Total Rewards or relatedfield either in professional services or industry.

• WorkdayUS Payroll Certificationstronglypreferred.

• Workday Absencetime tracking etc. certificationstronglypreferred.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on WordExceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

• Professional Certification such as PHR SPHR SHRM-CP SHRM SCP PMP or similar stronglypreferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client project team and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on clientsites which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
