Job Summary

Role: Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant

Location: Onsite - Philadelphia (Monday-Thursday)

Duration : Feb 2027 (possibility of extension)

Project Overview:

The Onsite Oracle HCM resource will be responsible for supporting global solution design and ensuring successful local delivery across the following modules:

Core HR
Recruiting & Onboarding
Workforce Compensation
Benefits
Talent / Performance
Self-Service HR

The global design will be led by another consulting vendor. Client will have two onsite architects (one ERP/EPM and one HCM) who will:

Actively participate in workshops
Provide pragmatic feedback
Validate design decisions against client requirements and Oracle best practices

Post design phase Client will onboard a full offshore implementation team (primarily India-based). The HCM Architect will:

Lead and coordinate offshore delivery teams through configuration prototyping and testing
Ensure alignment with global design standards
Build strong stakeholder relationships within the clients HR organization
Drive adoption solution confidence and successful delivery
