EōS Fitness is seeking a Director of Group Fitness Programming that will oversee the creation development and implementation of innovative studio workouts and training programs ensuring high standards of quality and consistency across all offerings. This role is responsible for recruiting training and upskilling instructors managing launches of new fitness programs and maintaining equipment safety and operational excellence. Through leadership and education the director will foster professional growth among the team and deliver engaging fitness experiences to members.
Responsibilities:
- Design and program new studio workouts.
- Innovate and bring new ideas to the table for EōS G-Fit and small group training.
- Train and educate instructors and personal trainers in the field for all new studio programming (FU BBL CC MBR etc.).
- Upskill our current mind/body instructors boxing coaches and Les Mills (BODYPUMP BODYPUMP BODYBALANCE) teams.
- Conduct Zoom sessions to educate current team members on advanced modules while also providing training for both new hires and potential candidates with no prior teaching experience.
- Lead recruitment campaigns to find new instructors and creators.
- Develop and organize master class and training events for G-Fit.
- Research equipment for new programming and train managers and instructors to use equipment.
- Quality control for programming and ensure structure and integrity is being maintained across the board.
- Create training manuals for all EōS Exclusive branded programs.
- Lead the launches with team of new programs offered at EōS - in 2026 focus on Les Mills Yoga BODYPUMP Heavy Zumba Lift Commit Sculpt Upbeat Lift and Upbeat Pilates.
- Work with Facilities to ensure all equipment is up to standard and operates at safe level. Work with budget to order new or replacement equipment as needed.
Requirements for Success:
- 15 years proven experience in designing developing and implementing group fitness programs and studio workouts.
- 10 years of teaching and coaching group fitness programming to instructors or multi-unit group fitness leaders
- Expert in understanding the group fitness business (ex. P&L statements budgeting cost per head etc.)
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to recruit train and mentor fitness instructors and ensure high standards in program delivery.

$100000 - $100000 USD
