- Brief crossfunctional teams on gotomarket strategy in order for teams to seamlessly develop a cohesive
- strategic plan across a variety of marketing channels promotional opportunities
- Partner with crossfunctional leaders and teams to proactively identify key campaign milestones align
- creative and tactical executions to overall strategy and serve as the quarterback ensuring cohesive and effective marketing delivery
- Foster productive and trusting relationships with key stakeholders to ensure marketing plans are built and
- executed in a timely collaborative and efficient manner to create a cohesive campaign
- Strategic Communications Executive Presence
- Drive and influence leadership and external EPsFilmmakersTalentCoPro Partners alignment by
- proactively communicating marketing strategy plans activations etc with key stakeholders including the
- creation audience calibration and presentation of marketing documents decks Stunts Activations
- Drive innovative outofthebox thinking to develop and execute 360 global stunts activations and
- breakthrough campaign ideas that push creative boundaries and reimagine traditional media
- Identify brief and lead big idea initiativesmanaging agency partnerships and crossfunctional teams
- from concept through flawless execution
Media StrategyExecution
- Partner with Media and Campaign Management teams to lead the development and execution of paid
- marketing campaignsproviding strategic guidance to media partners and agencies to ensure initiatives
- are onstrategy onbrand ontime onbudget and optimized against key performance metrics
DataResearch Analytics
- Develop and analyze campaign research performance reports and competitive insights to identify
- opportunities track progress against goals and inform ongoing marketing strategy
- Lead crossfunctional reviews of title and campaign performance translating data and research into
- actionable realtime recommendations to optimize results and guide senior decisionmaking
Team Management TBD
- Manage and inspire direct reports to work as a bestinclass team and to always increase their expertise
- and knowledge of the various areas of the marketing function
- Lead and guide team on marketing tactics execution
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required
- 7 - 9 years of entertainment marketing experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- A data driven approach to marketing with experience analyzing and reviewing results
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a challenging fastpaced environment of multiple priorities
- Excellent oral and written communications skills with strong attention to detail
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in Streaming driving Original Series marketing a plus
- Passionate about all things pop culture and entertainment
- Excellent sense of humor
