A facility near Fallon Nevada is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing to join their team for a full-time direct hire position!

Pay: $50.00-$69.00/hour depending on experience

Assistant Director of Nursing Details:

Full-time direct hire position
Schedule: 5x8s or 4x12s must be onsite during business hours
The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the DON manages staffing policies and department operations and acts as DON when needed
Oversees patient care rounds records supplies emergencies and resolves complaints
Orients and evaluates staff schedules shifts and promotes quality and morale
The Assistant Director of Nursing must be available to cover stand by/call back and able to cover shifts and assist on the floor when needed

Assistant Director of Nursing Minimum Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license with a BSN preferred
Current BLS ACLS and PALS certification required
At least 1 year experience in other nursing supervisor roles
