Job Summary
PRIMARY PURPOSE / FUNCTION:
To facilitate and enhance the accomplishment of the instructional program by providing specialized support services. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Possess knowledge of school plant maintenance and repair of building structures and their mechanical electrical systems throughout the district.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Technical knowledge preferred
Technical knowledge required for certain positions
Knowledge of the basic principals of school plant and maintenance operations
Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills
Calm and patient demeanor with students and others
Certification of specialized skills in one or more areas of maintenance
Specialized training in one or more areas of maintenance
Experience:
Minimum of two years work experience in the area of building maintenance all phases
Meet minimum physical requirements
