MUST HAVE

3 Years as GM in a Fast Food or Fast Casual Restaurant
Fast Food management experience
$2MM Annual Sales Volume experience as a GM
Current role as GM in a Fast Food or Fast Casual Restaurant
Stable tenure - max 3 in 6 years / 4 in 8-10 years

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Formulating overall strategies
Managing staff and establishing policies
Must be a thoughtful leader and confident decision-maker
Develop staff to be productive while increasing profits
Strong desire to help the company grow!

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

3-5 years of restaurant GM in quick service or fast food
3 years of team building and training experience
Food ordering system
Experience managing a Team
Able to read P&L statements
Able to prepare schedules
Training and development
Highly motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills
Work well with a team
HSD/GED
