Admissions has an outstanding opportunity for two Admission Counselors.
The Admissions Counselor supports university enrollment efforts by representing the University of Washington Tacoma to prospective students families and educational partners. The primary responsibility of this position is to recruit students and provide advising through the admission and enrollment addition to recruitment and admission counseling this role will assist admissions marketing and communications as a content creator.
The Admissions Counselor plans and implements recruitment strategies for an assigned territory and generates applications and enrollments through the cultivation of relationships within that assigned territory. The Admissions Counselor will counsel prospective undergraduate students about the admissions process and deploy a personalized approach to ensure high conversion/yield rates.
The Admissions Counselor works closely with campus stakeholders to execute strategies to meet enrollment goals. They review and make recommendations on undergraduate admission applications.
The Admissions Counselor has significant impact on the undergraduate outreach and recruitment for University of Washington Tacoma leading to the attainment of overall enrollment goals. This position will have responsibility for a recruitment territory spanning two Washington counties with over 50 high schools including community-based organizations.
