Setting the Scene
As our Admissions Coordinator youll be the director behind the scenes coordinating with patients families and referral sources to ensure every new admission is handled with empathy accuracy and heart. Youll collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure all documentation insurance verifications and intake procedures are completed smoothly and swiftly.
Youll also serve as a compassionate educator and advocateexplaining hospice services and offering support to patients and loved ones as they begin their journey with Inspire. With your keen attention to detail and urgency when it counts youll be the key to helping families feel reassured respected and cared for.
This position is scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with occasional evening or weekend support as needed.
Your Star Qualities
Previous administrative or healthcare experience preferred especially in hospice or a related field
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with EMRs and business software
Compassionate detail-oriented and driven by a passion to make a difference
