Agemark Senior Living is hiring an Executive Director for one of our communities in the Greater Omaha region. Were looking for a leader who understands what it takes to guide a team support residents and families and build a positive culture.
Annual salary range of $80000 to $120000 depending on experience.

Agemark Senior Living is hiring an Executive Director for one of our communities in the Greater Omaha region. Were looking for a leader who understands what it takes to guide a team support residents and families and build a positive culture.
This is a great role for someone who can bring both compassion and strong operational leadership to a community.
What Youll Do
Lead day-to-day operations to ensure residents receive excellent care and support.
Mentor coach and develop your team while creating a dependable engaged work environment.
Build strong relationships with residents families and staff and maintain a warm welcoming atmosphere.
Work closely with sales and manage budgets to support census and financial goals.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and uphold Agemarks standards for care and service.
Represent the community within the Greater Omaha area and maintain positive local connections.
What Were Looking For
Leadership experience in senior living healthcare hospitality or a related field.
Experience working in or overseeing memory care assisted living or independent living is helpful.
A steady approachable leader who can support staff and hold them accountable.
Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
Comfort with MS Office 365 and web-based systems.
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience managing people and budgets.
Compensation
Annual salary range of $80000 to $120000 depending on experience.
