Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee Physical Therapy (PT) and Occupational Therapy (OT) services in a skilled nursing setting. This leadership role focuses on managing therapy operations supporting clinical staff and ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of the rehabilitation department (PT/OT)

Supervise mentor and support therapy team members

Oversee care planning patient progress and therapy outcomes

Ensure compliance with clinical regulatory and documentation standards

Manage staffing schedules productivity and department performance metrics

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

Support quality improvement initiatives and program development
Requirements:

Active state professional license (PT OT or related therapy discipline)

Minimum 2 years of rehabilitation experience

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
