Job Summary

The Role

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for generating new revenue by managing the full sales cyclefrom discovery through closewithin small to mid-sized law firms across the U.S.

You will take a consultative solution-led approach to understanding a firms operational challenges and positioning us as a strategic platform to improve efficiency profitability and scalability.

This is a quota-carrying role suited to a driven structured seller who thrives in a consultative SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting discovery demo proposal negotiation and close

  • Develop and execute territory/account plans to exceed revenue targets

  • Run tailored product demonstrations aligned to firm workflows and business objectives

  • Build relationships with Managing Partners COOs Legal Administrators and IT stakeholders

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes and longer consultative sales cycles

  • Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene

  • Collaborate with Marketing Sales Engineering and Customer Success to ensure seamless handover

  • Stay informed on legal tech trends and competitive landscape

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 37 years of B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a closing role

  • Experience selling into law firms or professional services organizations strongly preferred

  • Background in legal tech Saas is a plus

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills

  • Comfortable managing complex sales cycles (60180 days)

  • Executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders

  • Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work remotely

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Strong pipeline generation and conversion rates

  • Positive feedback from prospects on sales professionalism and domain expertise
