Requirement Profile
Formal education: B.E - Mechanical Engg. / Electrical Engg
Professional experience: 12-15 years in Pump industry
Defined competencies:
- Knowledge of pumps preferred
- Market & commercial knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP (SD Module)
- Customer Focus
Major responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving the branch budget for the Agri & Domestic segments
- Appointment of distributors for Domestic segment
- Expanding and maintaining dealer and sub dealer network
- Train the Dealers and Dealer personnel to promote business
- Finalize the order intake targets for dealers and monitor their performance on daily basis
- Identify potential dealer to replace ineffective dealers and tap the white spot areas.
- Establish retail pricing to sub-dealers and mechanics.
- To analyse price level and submit competitive pricing proposals to suite market requirement
- Implement effective advertisement campaign and sales promotion activity
- Facilitate warranty resolution with the help of ASC/Service coordinator
- To assist in appointment of ASCs for effective after sales support and impart training to them
- To intervene and resolve issues pertaining to order execution as and when required
- Ensure proper documentation with respect to dealer targets MOUs Agreements and extension letters
- To provide accurate indenting and forecasting.
- Monitoring invoices and movements of materials to & fro from Godown
- Auditing of godown at regular intervals
- Ensure non-piling up of stocks in the godown (ie. Stock should not get accumulated)
- Ensure proper approvals of project pricing and FOC approval
- Will be responsible for conducting market survey and business development activities for Direct business
- Ensure all the ISO processes agreements and instructions are adhered with respect to C4C & Indenting
- Coordinate with TSS on Pre and Post Order activities for market study new product development and also new applications
- To ensure segment guidelines are followed strictly
- To ensure risks are properly identified and flagged
