- Qualify leads sourced from digital campaigns online portals walk-ins and referrals.
- Provide comprehensive information on project features pricing location benefits amenities and flexible payment plans.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective clients in alignment with the sales teams availability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture client interest and build long-term engagement.
- Ensure prompt and courteous responses to all customer queries and concerns.
- Consistently meet daily weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and site visit conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in any discipline; real estate or sales-related background is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service sales or lead generation role preferably in real estate or property.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated organized and committed to achieving performance goals.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or office-based setup in Kolkata.
