We are setting up a dedicated OpsTalent (Recruitment) team to strengthen how we hire across Operations starting with Last Mile and scaling across the Ops is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving operational environments and enjoys building things from the ground position is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract with conversion to permanent subject to the success of the OpsTalent pilot.
Job Descriptions:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Operations roles starting with Last MilePartner closely with Ops leaders to translate manpower needs into hiring plans
- Establish and evolve fit-for-purpose hiring processes (practical not bureaucratic)Lead and coach recruiter(s) supporting Ops hiring
- Monitor hiring performance early attrition and agency usage
- Resolve hiring escalations and balance competing priorities across Ops
Requirements:
- 58 years of recruitment experience with exposure to volume or frontline hiring
- Strong stakeholder management skills especially with Ops or site-based teams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments
- Data-literate with the ability to use numbers to drive decisions
- Practical resilient and solutions-orientedExperience in logistics e-commerce supply chain or large-scale operations is an advantage.
