2. Leads Management

4. Event management skills.
5. Documentations on work processes guidelines and others.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in managing and coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks and operations efficiently.
2. Assist in record and update of day-to-day front office operation
3. Answering phone calls transferring calls and taking accurate messages
4. Attending to visitors and refreshments
5. Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving
6. May also perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms create PRPO and liaison with other stakeholders
7. Supporting to key in leads from event with accuracy of details.
8. Supporting SR and FS team by focus on validating leads via Calling/WhatApps
9. 150 task per week (40% phone call and 60 % WhatApps blast)
10. To Manage Events and other student helper for Signature Events and other on campus events.
