The GHT Director of New Construction Business Development is responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDM) across GHT North America. This individual will manage and develop its direct reports develop and execute the BDM GHT growth strategy support the team in identifying and developing new business opportunities forging strategic partnerships and expanding Ecolabs market presence. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
