Job Summary

The Strategic Alliance Manager will be responsible for building expanding and nurturing highimpact partnerships that support business growth and broaden market reach. This role involves identifying new partnership opportunities strengthening existing relationships and collaborating with internal teams to increase partner engagement and overall revenue generation. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in sales business development and relationship management with a demonstrated track record of driving results through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify onboard and manage strategic and referral partners to fuel business expansion.

Develop and implement coselling strategies and joint business development initiatives to maximize shared revenue.

Serve as the primary liaison for partners fostering longterm collaboration and mutual success.

Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with organizational goals.

Monitor partner performance evaluate key metrics and provide datadriven insights to optimize outcomes.

Negotiate partnership terms and agreements while ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Represent the company at industry conferences events and networking opportunities to build partner visibility and relationships.

Equip partners with training resources and support to enable successful joint efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.

5 years of experience in partnership management sales business development or account management.

Proven success in generating revenue through strategic alliances and managing longterm business relationships.

Strong negotiation capabilities and experience drafting or structuring partnership agreements.

Proficiency with CRM systems and partner management platforms to track pipelines and engagement.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with partners at all levels.

Highly motivated resultsoriented and comfortable working both independently and in fastpaced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in professional services or B2B organizations.

Knowledge of joint marketing initiatives and event sponsorships to support brand exposure.

Strong analytical abilities with experience evaluating and optimizing partnership performance metrics.
