Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Product Design & Technical Strategy
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding engineering architecture product management and business stakeholdersto understand endtoend requirements and translate them into clear actionable technical specifications.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a concise accessible way to ensure alignment across technical and nontechnical partners.
- Evaluate solution feasibility usability and longterm viability to ensure product designs meet user needs and organizational goals.
- Contribute to defining technical scope through research requirements analysis and process definition.
2. Product Development & Quality Assurance
- Develop highquality scalable and maintainable code for complex features and systems ensuring adherence to development standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to elevate team capability and code quality.
- Identify and escalate technical risks or challenges proactively offering wellreasoned recommendations and solution options.
- Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies including regression and functional testing working with the team to expand automated test coverage.
- Validate the quality and stability of all changes prior to production deployment and assist in performance/load testing efforts.
3. Product Delivery & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate and uptodate technical documentation.
- Implement monitoring and alerting strategies to detect anomalies ensure system reliability and support proactive issue identification.
- Triage and find resolution of production issues balancing immediate mitigation with longterm corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional software development experience with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficient in C# and (Core or Framework) with a solid understanding of modern application development practices.
- Handson experience with within a serviceoriented or microservices architecture.
- Working knowledge of C# or Java eventbased messaging and SQL (queries stored procedures and performance considerations).
- Experience building services using SOA and/or RESTful architectures.
- Experience using Agile collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of the casino industry or customer rewards/loyalty programs is beneficial.
The salary range for this position is $85000 - $110000 USD which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience geography business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical vision and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation including but not limited to cash bonuses. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
