Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve daily pre- and post-trade compliance alerts in coordination with the trading team
- Interpret and implement investment guidelines and regulatory requirements across multiple strategies
- Maintain restricted lists and oversee wall-crossing and MNPI management processes
- Track regulatory developments and assist in updating compliance policies and system controls
- Support ad-hoc compliance projects audits and workflow automation initiatives
Qualifications:
- Experience in investment or trade compliance
- Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with OMS/OEMS systems (e.g. Charles River FlexTrade or similar) is preferred
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and use of SQL
