Position Summary:
As a Healthcare Recruiter at ATC Healthcare Services you will be responsible for identifying sourcing and placing qualified healthcare professionals in temporary contract and permanent assignments. You will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and speed of our staffing efforts ensuring that we deliver exceptional candidates to our clients efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source recruit and interview qualified nurses allied health professionals and other medical staff through job boards databases referrals and social media
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates to meet ongoing staffing needs
- Screen candidates for required licenses certifications experience and availability
- Partner with the Credentialing and Onboarding teams to ensure timely compliance with all placement requirements
- Coordinate interviews job offers and assignment start dates
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure proper documentation
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to encourage long-term engagement and retention
- Meet daily weekly and monthly recruitment goals and KPIs
- Stay up to date on current market trends licensing requirements and healthcare staffing regulations
- Collaborate with sales and account managers to understand client needs and fulfill open requisitions quickly
- Host and plan job fairs and hiring events
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of recruiting experience preferably in healthcare or staffing agency environment
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Indeed or similar platforms is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced goal-driven environment
- Energetic resourceful and results-oriented mindset
