Job description:
We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The Ideal candidate must have 6 months or more of recruiting experience. Will be working in Asheboro NC for 2 months and then moving to Burlington NC. MUST BE BILINIGUAL
Responsibilities Include:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on companys careers page social media job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume data bases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement
- Must be Bilingual
