Key Responsibilities:
Build develop and support a portfolio of recruiting clients including business development and account management.
Conduct detailed intake meetings with clients to define ideal candidate profiles and search strategy.
Source strong diverse talent using creative strategies networking advertising and leveraging Lakesides ATS.
Interview and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client needs and culture.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the process with professionalism and insight.
Provide thorough candidate summaries and interview notes to clients.
Partner with clients on compensation discussions and assist in final offer presentations.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
Coach and mentor Lakesides junior recruiters.
Represent Lakeside HR Group at networking events and professional functions to promote business growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
57 years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
Proven ability to manage searches from intake to acceptance.
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills across multiple disciplines.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and resume databases such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Established professional network within HR and/or business leadership communities.
Self-starter mindset with a passion for results and client satisfaction.
A natural curiosity and consultative approach to uncovering client and candidate needs.
