Position Summary We are seeking a board-certified fellowship-trained ENT specialist to serve as Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT). This leader will oversee a high-volume well-established ENT program providing comprehensive adult and pediatric services with sub-specialty support in Head & Neck Rhinology and Otology. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership experience a commitment to education and a passion for clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead and manage ENT department operations faculty and staff.

Support a high-volume practice across outpatient surgical and subspecialty services.

Provide mentorship and development opportunities for junior faculty and staff.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams advanced practice providers and support staff to optimize patient care.

Participate in academic activities including teaching residents fellows and medical students.

Oversee clinical programs quality initiatives and operational improvements within the ENT department.

Engage in professional service including program development and strategic planning.
Qualifications -
MD/DO with Board Certification in Otolaryngology.

Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical practice and academic leadership.

Fellowship training preferred.

Proven record of academic accomplishments and program development.

Demonstrated ability to mentor staff and faculty.

Strong clinical skills in adult and pediatric ENT including Head & Neck Rhinology and Otology.
