We are seeking a board-certified fellowship-trained ENT specialist to serve as Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT). This leader will oversee a high-volume well-established ENT program providing comprehensive adult and pediatric services with sub-specialty support in Head & Neck Rhinology and Otology. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership experience a commitment to education and a passion for clinical excellence.

• Lead and manage ENT department operations faculty and staff.

• Support a high-volume practice across outpatient surgical and subspecialty services.

• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for junior faculty and staff.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams advanced practice providers and support staff to optimize patient care.

• Participate in academic activities including teaching residents fellows and medical students.

• Oversee clinical programs quality initiatives and operational improvements within the ENT department.

• Engage in professional service including program development and strategic planning.

• MD/DO with Board Certification in Otolaryngology.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical practice and academic leadership.

• Fellowship training preferred.

• Proven record of academic accomplishments and program development.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor staff and faculty.

• Strong clinical skills in adult and pediatric ENT including Head & Neck Rhinology and Otology.
