Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMO) to support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives for large complex organizations. The role will focus on managing cross-functional projects driving integration activities and ensuring smooth execution of M&A programs through strong governance reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end M&A and integration projects within a PMO framework
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines risks and dependencies
- Coordinate with business HR IT Finance and leadership teams during M&A phases
- Track milestones deliverables and KPIs; ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Prepare executive-level presentations dashboards and status reports
- Support governance change management and decision-making processes
- Identify risks/issues and proactively drive mitigation plans
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 10 years of experience as a Project Manager / PMO preferably in M&A environments
- Strong experience working with large enterprises and complex programs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking reporting analysis)
- Strong presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint executive updates)
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across geographies
- Ability to work with flexible hours to support global teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting mergers acquisitions divestitures or integrations
- Exposure to HR IT Finance or Operations workstreams during M&A
- PMO PMP or similar project management certification (nice to have)
