Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth and expansion.
- Manage manpower planning recruitment and workforce deployment across projects and offices.
- Design and oversee performance management systems KPIs KRAs and appraisal cycles.
- Implement HR policies SOPs statutory compliance and employee governance.
- Handle onboarding training employee relations payroll coordination and grievance management.
- Drive employee engagement culture retention initiatives and provide HR reports and insights to leadership.
