Recruiment Solution, a leading IT System Data Services company based in Delhi, India, is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Handle employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff development.
- Support the payroll process by providing necessary information and data.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience in HR roles is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience with HRIS software.
