About the role
Flux is building the future of hardware design and scaling at a pace never before seen in the hardware space. Were looking for a Business Operations Manager to help build the operational backbone of a hypergrowth company.
This is a high-ownership high-intensity role for an MBA-type operator who wants real responsibility early and thrives in fast-moving environments.
What youll do
Own day-to-day business operations across finance hiring vendors and internal systems
Build lightweight models for forecasting budgeting and KPIs
Drive cross-functional projects end to end and unblock teams quickly
Operate AI-first leveraging AI tools and automation to scale how the business runs
What this role is like

Youll have visibility into and influence over nearly every major company decision

What were looking for
MBA or equivalent analytical background
Scrappy execution-focused mindset with high ownership

Ability to move fast and get things done without heavy process
