Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to manage logistics operations coordinate supply chain activities and ensure timely movement of goods while optimizing costs and maintaining service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Plan track and monitor shipments and transportation schedules
- Coordinate with vendors transporters warehouses and internal teams
- Maintain logistics and supply chain documentation records and reports
- Monitor inventory movement and support demand and supply planning
- Resolve logistics issues such as delays shortages or damages
- Ensure compliance with logistics policies safety standards and regulations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
- Strong coordination planning and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics tracking systems
- Experience with ERP WMS or TMS systems is preferred
- Good communication and vendor management skills
