Job Summary
- Seasone supply chain professional with atleast 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning transformation
- Must be an expert in S&Op and S&OE processes at L2/L3 level preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Good knowledge in SCM platforms like Kinaxis will be an added advantage but not essential
- Must have atleast 6 years of experience as functional consultant roles
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications
- Must have good understanding of supply chain data sources for typical large global organisations
Key activities expected to deliver
1. Understand the current planning and execution processes at a high-level
2. Understand the Planning & Execution application and data infrastructure landscape
3. Understanding the people structure (business CoE service providers) in the planning & execution areas (initially in general but also deep-dive for NA operations)
4. Conduct interviews with a sample of upto 5 key planning and execution personas. The session will also be understand Day-In-Life of these personas
5. Understand the current and future approved initiatives and their challenges
6. Deep-dive on the Planning (including S&OE) playbooks and understand the challenges in adherence
7. Understand the KPIs their performance and how deviations are managed
8. In the course of multiple sessions with key stakeholders understand and define the pains expectations and change possibilities to building an AI-driven planning support systems
9. Capture the Art of possible in terms of use cases data or BI improvements and modernization/replacement of current tools
10. Work with Client team to create prioritization of the Art of Possible and create an implementation roadmap recommendation
