Sales Account Executive-US Region
Job Location: Onsite/Remote

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST)
Role Overview: We are seeking highly motivated Sales Account
Executives based in US region to manage the entire sales cyclefrom
prospecting and lead generation to deal closure. You will be
responsible for promoting Oorwins suite of software solutions
nurturing client relationships and contributing to our continued
growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively Manage outbound sales leads with a sense of urgency and
professionalism.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting qualifying presentingA
negotiating and closing.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing
customers to increase retention and upsell opportunities.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through various
outreach methods.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive product presentations and demos
tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing Customer Success
Product) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Delivering complete product demonstrations from initial setup to
final walkthrough for clients and stakeholders.
- Draft negotiate and finalize contracts pricing structures and
proposals.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and provide accurate
sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends competitive landscape and
client feedback to continuously improve your approach and
offerings.
- Consistently achieving monthly quota and performance benchmarks
Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and must have prior
experience selling into the U.S. market only
- Strong background in managing mid-market to enterprise-level sales
cycles
- Familiarity with ATS CRM or HRTech platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft
Office Suite.
