Job Description: Sales Transformation Executive
Reports to: Sales Transformation Manager
Location: Bangalore
Department: Sales Capability
Role Objective
The Transformation Executive will be the primary engine for implementing and monitoring end-to-end strategic digital projects. This role ensures that cutting-edge tools are not just launched but adopted by the field force to drive impact & measurable growth
Key Responsibilities
Project Rollout & Execution
- Support phased rollout of Sales Transformation initiatives (e.g. SKU prioritization tools distributor performance dashboards analytics platforms retailer engagement applications).
- Drive pilot execution hyper care support and stabilization post go-live.
- Track adherence to rollout timelines and escalate risks proactively.
Field & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and frontline sales teams to ensure adoption.
- Coordinate with distributors for data accuracy onboarding and usage compliance.
- Act as the single point of contact for issue resolution during rollout.
Adoption & Performance Tracking
- Monitor usage metrics adoption KPIs and sales impact.
- Prepare weekly dashboards and actionable insights for leadership reviews.
- Identify gaps in user behaviour and recommend corrective interventions.
Data & Analytics Support
- Analyse sales SKU mix outlet coverage and productivity metrics.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support incentive tracking aligned to transformation initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Capture feedback from field teams and suggest feature enhancements.
- Work with tech vendors / internal IT to refine tools.
- Document SOPs and best practices for scale.
Required Technical Competencies
- FMCG Metrics: Strong understanding of Sales KPIs like Sales ND WD ULPO etc.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced Excel and familiarity with SFA (Sales Force Automation) systems.
- Data Visualization: Experience with using Tableau or Power BI dashboards
- Cloud Awareness: Familiarity with AWS/Databricks environments
Candidate Profile
- Education: MBA or Post-Graduate in Management/Analytics.
- Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG Sales Trade Marketing or Digital Transformation.
- Mindset: A Bias for Action to resolve project roadblocks
