Responsibilities
Plan and arrange LCL import full-load deliveries
Coordinate closely with internal
Customs teams Provide customer service and general administrative support
Manage LCL import bookings and input data into internal systems
Liaise directly with customers on shipment progress and requirements
Support the wider team with daily operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
Skills Required:
LCL Import experience with previous exposure to multimodal logistics operations (road sea and air)
Confident approachable and professional communication skills
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Strong decision-making abilities with the capacity to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills:
Proven background in finance/accounting with a strong understanding of auditing controls and compliance. Technical Skills: Proficiency with financial software and MS Office; CargoWise experience desirable. Logistics/Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with port operations logistics or inventory management. Experience overseeing agent operations is an asset.
